Alice & Order is a founder-led, woman-owned home organization studio in Henderson. You're not hiring a crew. You're hiring Alice.
I've always been the one who quietly starts fixing it.
Every family, office and friend group has one: the person who walks into a chaotic room, sees exactly what's wrong, and starts putting it right, without judgment and without making a production of it. That's me.
For years I've worked in senior operations and executive support, running households, properties, travel, vendors and the systems that keep very busy lives moving. I also work in fashion, which is where I learned how a great wardrobe is edited, stored and cared for, and what a well-made piece is worth.
After moving from St. Thomas to Henderson, I started Alice & Order to do the part of that work I love most: the moment a space goes from overwhelming to calm. I don't just put things in bins. I empty the space, help you edit, clean it properly while it's empty, and design a system around how you actually live. Then I write it down so it stays that way.
My clients are busy. Some are moving, some have wardrobes that outgrew their closets, some simply don't have another weekend to give. What they have in common is that they want someone competent to take it off their plate.

Direct communication with the owner, the same person throughout, and a growing understanding of your home, wardrobe and preferences, so you never have to explain yourself twice. For larger projects, a trained organizer joins me, and you'll know them by name before they arrive.
